This office and commercial building is located in the industrial district of Zurich West, which extends between the River Limmat and the railway tracks from the Main Train Station and where former industrial sites are gradually being converted. This development consists of four building units that are separated from each other by atriums or lightwells and are served by a total of seven circulation and services cores. This concept increases the level of flexibility within the spatial system and allows individual wings to be detached or combined to form larger units.

The five upper floors and the recessed rooftop level are placed above two connected basement levels. The first floor is a gallery that is spatially connected with the ground floor.
